Ektron Expands Professional Services Team, Opens Office in Richmond, Virginia
Brian Browning Joins Ektron Team as the Director of Mid-Atlantic Professional Services
NASHUA, NH August 26, 2009 – Ektron Inc., a technology and market leader in Web content management software, today announced that it has opened a new office in Richmond, Virginia and has brought on Brian Browning as the director of Mid-Atlantic Professional Services.
The opening of the Richmond office and the addition of Mr. Browning will allow Ektron to better serve its growing customer base in the government sector and expand its Professional Services team. Browning comes to Ektron with 14 years of experience in design, development and implementation of technology-based initiatives for a variety of Fortune 500, government and nonprofit customers including, Philip Morris USA, the City of Fort Worth, Texas, the American Cancer Society and General Dynamics Information Technology. Prior to his role at Ektron, Browning served as a director in the Global Enterprise Content Management Practice at COMSYS Services, where he developed new service lines around User Experience, e-Learning and Web Strategy offerings.
As the director of Ektron’s Mid-Atlantic Professional Services team, Browning’s responsibilities include the oversight of Ektron-based Web content management projects produced as part of the larger Ektron Professional Services team. His focus will also be on providing pre-sales support for the Ektron Sales team and ensuring that customers are able to maximize their investment with Ektron CMS400.NET. In addition, Browning’s role extends to the management of the Richmond office.
